Silkscreen Postcard

These postcards realised on the occasion of Ruth van Beek’s exhibition The Oldest Thing at Mutty (from 23 April to 29 June 2024) are based on a design by van Beek reminiscent of a table with a checked tablecloth and are screen-printed at the Matrici Aperte art print workshop (Brescia).

The postcards can be customised by means of oval-shaped stamps, a recurring shape in van Beek’s work and in particular in her book The Oldest Thing, which can be imprinted on the postcard to simulate plates on the table.

The postcards for sale here are already printed with the stamps.
