Mutty’s menù was born from research and emotion in front of raw material that can’t wait to delight us. The most beautiful and most delicious ingredients inspire dishes and receipes that can value them at best: raw, cooked with the most diverse techniques, through fermentation, marinades and preserves.

We create our dishes by choosing biological materials from Moreniche hills and Mantua farmers whom have chosen to follow natural season cycles and local variety cultivations, respecting Earth and its biodiversity.

We are passionate about wild herbs that we personally collect with care, fully respecting the environment.

We’ve welcomed the challenge of a vegetarian and modern cuisine, that avoids waste and drastically reduce the climate, soil, slopes and air impact.
We love where we are, between Moreniche hills of Garda Lake endangered by soil consumption and pianura padana, characterized by conventional monocultures and intensive farming.

Mutty kitchen is open from 12:30 pm to 14:30 pm and from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm in the evening.

Lunch avaible from Tuesday to Sunday, dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Closed on Sunday evening and on Monday all day.

In un luogo accogliente e familiare, che non rinuncia a un tocco di eleganza, offriamo cucina e caffetteria in chiave vegetale e biologica. Da sempre la nostra missione è quella di combinare gusto e benessere con etica ed ecologia. Siamo aperti tutto il giorno con la proposta giusta per ogni momento della giornata: dalla colazione alla cena in due o con gli amici, alla pausa pranzo il locale si trasforma per adattarsi alle diverse occasioni.

Un ristorante vegetariano sul lago di Garda che punta tutto su una cucina semplice e sfiziosa, con ingredienti provenienti da agricoltura biologica: verdure, legumi, latticini, olio extra vergine di oliva selezionati con cura solo tra produttori certificati. Ad accompagnare il pasto, una selezione di etichette di vini biologici, con possibilità di degustarli anche al calice.

La nostra cucina è frutto di una lunga esperienza che parte dalle tradizioni del territorio e guarda a quelle del resto del mondo, con l’occhio della macrobiotica per rendere i piatti vegan completi, bilanciati e in armonia con le stagioni. Utilizziamo prodotti freschi di qualità biologica, portando in tavola il lavoro e la passione di chi crede in ciò che produce.
